How to Take Gorilla Dream

I’m a firm believer that taking a supplement to fall asleep every single night is a bad idea.

Since Gorilla Dream has Melatonin in it, I’ve started to dose the stuff with caution. Which is difficult, because it works so damn well.

Here’s how I dose Gorilla Dream:

  • 2-3 capsules
  • 30-45 minutes before I want to fall asleep
  • Only on the 3-5 days I go to the gym each week
  • With a cup of chamomile tea

This Gorilla Dream dosage allows me to get the full rest and recovery benefits on the days my body needs it the most—when I hit the gym hard.

Then I don’t take the stuff on “off” days to ensure I don’t develop a dependence to it.

This might be a little overly cautious, but it’s the Gorilla Dream protocol that’s been working for me. I plan to stick with it.

Other Sleep Supplements

But Gorilla Dream is particularly effective. There are a few other sleep supplements that can work well.

Melatonin, which I’ve already mentioned, is one of them. You can get this easily at your local pharmacy.

But here are a few others that aren’t as well known.

  • CBD oil

Cannabidiol, or CBD, is one of the many cannabinoids found in cannabis or weed. It’s not THC, so it’s not the chemical that’s responsible for the psychoactive aspects of weed.

But it does interact with your body. Research is finding that it has some really great effects, including potentially helping people that suffer from epilepsy, anxiety, and schizophrenia [10].

One of those is on sleep.

Research has found that CBD can help people improve their sleep within the first month [10]. While the scientific evidence for CBD is still in its infancy, the early results seem to find that CBD can be an effective sleep aid [11].


  • Phenibut

Phenibut is another great substance for sleep. I’ve written an article with all the effects of Phenibut and the science behind it in another article, but it’s worth pointing it out here, too:

It’s great for getting great sleep and feeling refreshed.
